Dr. Elizabeth R. Lombardo is a clinical psychologist and physical therapist. After earning her Master’s Degree in physical therapy from Duke University, she helped those with physical challenges get back on track. In doing so, she realized that their emotional health, mindset, and sense (or lack) of hope was a huge contributor to how they succeeded physically. As a result, she returned to school to study psychology at Drexel University.
Today, Dr. Lombardo helps people around the world decrease their stress while achieving a greater level of happiness. An avid traveler who studied abroad at Oxford University, Kendall Hopwood earned her Master’s in English from the University of California, Irvine and spent several years teaching. Currently a resident of Seattle, Washington, Kendall is devoted to practicing yoga and intent on expanding her repertoire of vegetarian dishes. As a Certified Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, she has had a wealth of experience in the food industry, from clinical dietitian to food product developer to university instructor. Paul Bremer received his Bachelor’s degree in print journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. While attending school, he found various outlets to express his interest in media by working as the Arts and Entertainment reporter for the university news program as well as authoring his own weekly pop-culture column for the student newspaper. Dorothy Sander, a freelance writer and editor writes extensively on relationships, personal growth, women’s issues and spirituality.
